At Theyyampattil Furniture Trading LLC, all products are manufactured according to specific designs and requirements approved by the client.
Cancellation is only considered before production begins. Expenses incurred for materials or design work may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds apply if an order is cancelled before production or if a duplicate payment occurs. Approved refunds are processed via cheque only in the name of the original customer.
If a product has manufacturing defects or delivery damage, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We will arrange repair or replacement accordingly.
