As products are custom-made, timelines vary based on design approval, material availability, and site readiness. Delivery schedules are mentioned in the Quotation/Sales order.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation. Delays caused by incomplete site preparation or access limitations may affect timelines.
We provide reliable after-sales service. Maintenance requests should include clear photos/videos. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as material supply issues or unforeseen circumstances.
